Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for drafting and modelling, and Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, and Twinmotion for rendering. We adopt your file naming, layer structure, and title blocks so the output drops straight into your project.

We quote per brief, based on the service and the scope, and confirm it with you before any work starts. Pricing is in USD. The reason the numbers work is that production happens in South Africa, so you are paying South African rates rather than the rates of a studio in your own market. That is a structural exchange rate advantage, not a promotional discount.

Three: project-by-project with no ongoing commitment, a monthly retainer covering a fixed block of hours, or a dedicated resource working primarily for your firm. Most firms start project-by-project and move to a retainer once the workflow proves itself.

Yes. Before your first project we send you a free sample of previously completed work that we are cleared to share, a render, a documentation page, or a model, so you can judge the quality before committing. No contract, no cost.

No. Your first look at the quality is a free sample of previous work, shared before any commitment. From there you can work project-by-project, so there is no minimum volume, no lock-in, and no penalty for pausing between projects.

Two revision rounds are included in all project pricing. You review the delivery, mark it up, and we turn the revisions around. Additional rounds beyond the two included are billed at the hourly rate for that service.

We invoice fortnightly in USD and accept payment via Wise or PayPal. Established clients are on Net-15 terms. New clients pay 50% upfront to commence work.

We work in South African time (UTC+2). For firms in North and South America that means we produce overnight, so you brief at the end of your day and the work is moving while you sleep. For firms in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East it means a full working day of overlap, so questions get answered inside your own business hours.

We flag it immediately rather than sitting on it overnight. If a decision needs your input, you see the question first thing your morning alongside everything that could proceed without it.

We produce to the code requirements you brief us on, and we coordinate with your structural and MEP consultants. On US projects that means CD sets that account for IBC, ADA, and local zoning. Final code compliance sign-off stays with you as the firm of record.

We work with firms internationally. The studio operates in English and in USD, files move through the same cloud tools you already use, and our working day overlaps both European business hours and US mornings. If you are outside those regions, tell us your deadline pattern and we will confirm what turnaround we can commit to before you brief us.
