Project Brief
We send you a brief template. Fill it in: software version, file standards, output format, deadline. Takes 10 minutes.
Scope & Price
We confirm scope and pricing within the same business day. No hidden fees, no scope creep. You approve before we start.
File Transfer
Share files via Dropbox, Google Drive, BIM 360, or WeTransfer. We acknowledge receipt within 2 hours.
Production
We work overnight in your software, to your standards. If a question needs your input, we flag it immediately.
Delivery
Output lands in your shared folder by your agreed delivery time, typically 8am EST. Brief delivery note attached.
Revisions
Review and mark up. Two revision rounds are included in all project pricing. Additional revisions at hourly rate.
Invoice
Fortnightly invoice in USD. Pay via Wise or PayPal. Established clients on Net-15. New clients 50% upfront.
